Why doesn't the online store look secure?

The reason you do not see "https" in the website bar is because of the frames used on ChiGardens.com. When you enter the checkout process, click on the "Secure Transaction" to verify the security of your transaction.

Secure Online Payment System

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa Credit or Debit Cards, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and payments made through your PayPal account. The PayPal Online Payment System verifies that your credit card is valid and the your billing information matches the name and number on your credit card before charging the card. Everything is done in one easy, convenient step through the final authorization process.

Billing
After you have placed your secure online order, your credit card statement and confirmation email will show "Chi Store" as the merchant name.

Your credit card or PayPal account will be verified and processed at the time your order is placed, even though in certain situations (i.e., the product(s) are on backorder, or normal delays from the manufacturer), the products will not ship immediately. We do everything we can to keep our products in stock and available for immediate shipping, but sometimes the delay is unavoidable if it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will make every attempt to minimize the delay in your order. If extended delays are expected, we will make every attempt to contact the customer pertaining their order.

VAT/Sales Tax
We do not charge any tax on your orders or purchases.

Shipping Rates / Locations
Shipping rates apply to within the United Kingdom. For shipping rates outside of the UK, please email us at Customer.service@ChiGardens.com with the product(s) you wish to purchase, and your zip code/country. We will have someone from our Sales team email you back with a custom quote.

Returns
All returns must be authorized first and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. If you have any problem with your purchase(s) once you receive them, please email us at Customer.service@ChiGardens.com.

Warranties
All Chi Store products sold on this website are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise noted in the item description. The warranty provides for a replacement product or refund only, and does not cover labor or any other costs. Purchaser and Installer assume all liability with regard to any and all damages in any way related to the purchase, installation and/or use of these products.

All non-Chi Store branded products on this website carry the original warranties from the original manufacturers, and any and all claims must be handled directly with the original manufacturer.

All products sold on this website are intended for personal use only. We do not warrant the durability/longevity/effect of these products on any portion of the customer's purchase. All liability and any possible issues arising are implied to be at the customer's expense.
